Molly Bradley Hudgens is currently completing her twenty-sixth year as an educator in the Cheatham County School System where she serves as a school counselor at Sycamore Middle School in Pleasant View, Tennessee.
Tony Zdroik - Juvenile Laws Update
Tony Zdroik is the Juvenile Division Head in the Washington County Attorney’s Office. He has worked in that office since 1998 and has been in his current position since 2005. As the Juvenile Division Head, Tony supervises 6 other attorneys who prosecute juvenile offenses, represent Washington County Community Services on child protection cases, and assist families who are struggling with school attendance issues. Tony has also served on the juvenile law committee of the Minnesota County Attorney’s Association, is the chairperson of the Juvenile Operations Group in Washington County, and serves on the Children’s Justice Initiative in Washington County.
Scott Marks - Officer Mental Health and Wellbeing
Scott Marks has been a licensed police officer in the state of Minnesota for twenty-three years. Throughout his career he has held the positions of School Resource Officer, Traffic Unit, Explorer Advisor, Community Engagement Officer, and Chaplain Advisor. Currently he is a Patrol Sergeant and is the coordinator of the Mental Health Unit and Crisis Negotiation Team. In 2004 he was awarded the department medal of valor and in 2016 he received the department Officer of the Year Award. Scott developed and is the coordinator of his department Peer Support Team, and along with area leaders developed a consortium peer support team for five area police departments. He is a founding board member of Peer Support Standards and Training, a non-profit that joined the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust as the Peer Support Advisory Board. James B. (Jim) Golden has worked in law enforcement for more than 40 years and began his career in the Philadelphia, PA Police Department. Rising through the ranks to Captain, he served as the department's Executive Officer from 1992 until his retirement in 1996. Following Philadelphia, Jim went on to serve as Chief of Police for the City of Saginaw, MI, until 2000, when he was appointed Trenton, New Jersey's first civilian Police Director. His experience as a senior police official led to his appointment by the U.S. Secretary of Transportation to serve as the first Federal Security Director at Philadelphia International Airport for the Transportation Security Administration in 2002. Jim's last career assignment was as Deputy Chief of School Operations and Chief Safety Executive for the School District of Philadelphia, where he and his team were responsible for the safety and security of more than 200,000 students and staff on 267 school campuses. Nazmia E.A. Comrie is a sociologist (policing assistance and reform) at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office). She provides leadership for the development, implementation, and delivery of technical assistance efforts to state, local, tribal, campus, and territorial law enforcement agencies across the country as the program manager for the Collaborative Reform Initiative (CRI) Technical Assistance Center and CRI: Critical Response programs. Nazmia has more than 13 years of experience in managing programs in the areas of police reform, mass demonstrations, agency safety and wellness, and combating human trafficking, hate crimes, and interpersonal violence. BCA Special Agent Stefanie Dressen: Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management
Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAIC) Stefanie Dressen has been employed at the BCA since September 2019. When joining the BCA, ASAIC Dressen was an agent assigned to the Minnesota Financial Crimes Task Force. In December 2022, ASAIC Dressen was assigned to the Criminal Information and Operations Section (CIOS) where she worked as an agent in the Minnesota Fusion Center. In October 2023, ASAIC Dressen created the BCA BTAM Team and worked as an agent within that team. In December 2024, ASAIC Dressen was promoted to supervise BCA Operation which consists of the Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) Team, the Amber Alert Program, the Missing Person Clearing House and the BCA Operations staff. ASAIC Dressen is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Department of Homeland Security Master Trainer. Prior to working at the BCA, ASAIC Dressen worked as a Police Officer and Detective with Hopkins Police Department for 12 years.
