Terms and Conditions of Service - MNJOA LLC Mobile Application

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MNJOA LLC mobile application (the "Application"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Application. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MNJOA LLC ("MNJOA," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service:

Account Termination: MNJOA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
4. User Content:
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or transmit through the Application ("User Content").
License: By posting User Content, you grant MNJOA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Application and MNJOA's business.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property:
Ownership: The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are owned by MNJOA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License: MNJOA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any part of the Application without MNJOA's prior written consent.
6. Privacy Policy:
Your use of the Application is subject to MNJOA's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MNJOA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MNJOA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL MNJOA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF MNJOA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MNJOA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING THE APPLICATION.
9. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MNJOA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Dispute Resolution:
