Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAIC) Stefanie Dressen has been employed at the BCA since September 2019. When joining the BCA, ASAIC Dressen was an agent assigned to the Minnesota Financial Crimes Task Force. In December 2022, ASAIC Dressen was assigned to the Criminal Information and Operations Section (CIOS) where she worked as an agent in the Minnesota Fusion Center. In October 2023, ASAIC Dressen created the BCA BTAM Team and worked as an agent within that team. In December 2024, ASAIC Dressen was promoted to supervise BCA Operation which consists of the Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) Team, the Amber Alert Program, the Missing Person Clearing House and the BCA Operations staff. ASAIC Dressen is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Department of Homeland Security Master Trainer. Prior to working at the BCA, ASAIC Dressen worked as a Police Officer and Detective with Hopkins Police Department for 12 years.
